The generalized formula for the Peer Value ($$\upsilon$$) is given by:

where the absolute Peer Value of an individual $$j$$, in the set of all the Hubs they contribute to ( $$H \cdot$$ ), is represented by:

* $$PS''$$ = second step of normalization of Participation Score ( $$PS$$ )
* $$\mathfrak{P}''$$ = second step of normalization of Prestige ( $$\mathfrak {P}$$ )
* $$\mathring {a}$$ = the self-sovereign contributor archetype chosen by an individul ĀutID holder
