where the absolute Peer Value of an individual $j$, in the set of all the Hubs they contribute to ( $H \cdot$ ), is represented by:

• $PS''$ = second step of normalization of Participation Score ( $PS$ )

• $\mathfrak{P}''$ = second step of normalization of Prestige ( $\mathfrak {P}$ )

• $\mathring {a}$ = the self-sovereign contributor archetype chosen by an individul ĀutID holder
