Āut's Participation Score (PS) measures the local reputation of a member based on the points that the gain in their Hub each period by completing contributions and tasks.
It is calculated as the ratio of an individual's (GC) to their (EC).
GC refers to the amount of points a Member gains in a period, through tasks that they complete within a Hub.
EC, on the other hand, refers to the amount of points they are expected to make, based on their Commitment Level.
The Participation Score is key component of the Āutonomy Matrix, Āut's Reputation Framework, as it is one of the 3 core parameters used to calculate an individual's Peer Value (their Global Reputation).
In addition to its crucial role in calculating the Peer Value, a Member's Participation Score is also used to determine their access to certain resources and privileges within a Hub, as well as their permission for certain tasks and roles. It is a key factor in ensuring that individuals are held accountable for their commitments and contributions within a Hub, and helps to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the overall community.
